We use 4/6oz ''S'' cloth, as standard, on all our epoxy / Parabolic/ EPS surfboards, which creates ultra light weight super tough boards. Our polyester surfboards are built from layered 10oz Volan cloth & Hexcel wraps. They're built for glide, durability & beauty.  We're currently working on some shop boards which will be added to the site soon, we also take orders for tailor-made shapes the waiting period is currently 6-12 weeks.

Surfboard Materials

''S'' Cloth
S-Glass Cloth is stronger and tougher than E-Glass Cloth and has 20% greater tensile strength. S-Glass Cloth provides a premium multi-stage finish and has the highest impact strength of all fibreglass materials. "E" cloth is the most commonly used, but "S" cloth is a 1/3 stronger although it's more than twice as expensive.

EPS Foam Blank
Offers exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, reduces resin absorption for lighter weight & minimizes water absorption, 100% Recyclable material: Safer for the manufacturers, the shapers and the environment.

Epoxy Resin:                                                                                                                                   A less toxic option to polyester resins, the epoxy we use is made to meet the demands of the industry to maximize strength producing a light weight finish, as well as clarity with UV resistance. Making for a very durable lightweight board with a softer environmental footprint.

We also build classic weight polyester boards, using iso-polyester resins & Volan cloth. We have a six to eight week waiting period, due to a low impact lifestyle and our dedication to quality & uniqueness.

If you can't wait check out our stock boards in the shop!
