If you shortboard and you haven't tried a quad set-up chances are you don't know what you're missing. Quad's aren't just an attempt to see how many fins you can get on your board, it's the perfect blend of fish and thruster. With the Canard Quad fin sets you get the added surface area of an extra fin on each rail which gives you a lot more drive than a thruster.
