another genius idea. This is basically a large padded waterproof zip up bag(it even doubled up as a cooler bag) designed to be stood in whilst you remove your suit. The idea is that it is excellent storage for suits to and from the beach and it keeps all the mud, cigarette butts, dog poo and other noxious crap off your suit when it is removed in the hostile beach environment. Bit of a no brainer really.
